Latimer-Cooksey Arts and Cultural Foundation was developed to provide opportunities in the areas of education, charitable, and cultural events to disadvantaged children and youth. 
The programs offered and their descriptions are listed below:

•    provides tutoring services at a minimum cost to children and youth who attend at-risk elementary, middle, and high schools. 
•    provides volunteers to work in at-risk schools within the community 
•    conducts and offer summer academic seminars and day camps to disadvantaged children & youth

•    collects and distributes school supplies to students in low-income areas. 
•    conducts food and clothing drives to assist with individuals identified as being needy 
•    provides scholarship opportunities for at-risk/disadvantaged children & youth to attend fine arts camps and schools.

•    offers classes in the areas of dance, visual arts, vocal and instrumental organizes cultural events that focus on fine arts
